Well That Was Interesting While It Lasted

Having a bit of time late this morning flipped the power switch to see what was happening.  Working JT65 with 20 and 15 meters, especially 20, were just a hopping.  The waterfall was full.  Made a couple of contacts but it was hard to pick your spot with all that was on.

Although all reports said 10 meters was a no go decided to see what was on.  Right off the bat, on the first go got Texas, plus saw Brazil on the waterfall.  Chile also was reporting.

After the one contact the band started to fail but I hung in there for a bit longer and managed to work Alabama.  PSK Reporter was picking me up on and off into Brazil and Chile.

Just goes to show sometime the bands that are being reported as poor can bring some fun.
